How to use:
scrape tongue* using copper tongue scraper provided, from back to front, rinsing scraper between each stroke – repeat until your tongue looks clean & free of coating; finally, swoosh 15 ml of mukhwas around the mouth, diluted or neat (according to taste), gargle & expel.
