For Oria Skin Founder, Kate, skin had never been a real challenge. Until suddenly, it was. What felt like overnight, her skin turned upside down, prompted by hormonal changes during pregnancy. Acne, dryness, oiliness, the works. It was not the pregnancy glow she’d been promised.

As a qualified aromatherapist, Kate turned to bioactive ingredients, aka organic plant-powered goodness, to formulate skincare that was both baby-friendly and extremely targeted. 

Within three days, her glow was back. Her skin was clear. And, as a side effect of the essential oils used, her mind was peaceful too, a mood not often associated with big life changes!

Before long, friends started asking for her skin secrets, friends of friends were reaching out for help, and a much-loved skincare extension was added to Ora Aromatherapy’s repertoire. 

10 years later, and bringing hormonal skin into balance is now the brand’s sole purpose, naturally evolving into Oria Skin. 

Kate’s knowledge grew to suit, completing ‘Hormones, menopause & essential oils’ training, and bringing those learnings into each product.
