Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your items with urgency. Items will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of any orders placed. We try our very best to ship orders promptly.

Please allow extra working days for remote areas.

Shipping costs:

Domestic (New Zealand)

  • Free shipping on orders over $99

  • Shipping under $99 will incur a cost of $7.5 

International

  • All international orders are sent via USPS or DHL Worldwide Express

  • Shipping charges do not include international customs fees, duties etc. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.

Gift-wrapping:

Just let us know and we can gift-wrap with hand-written note (if required).

Return policy:

  • Items bought wrongly or items that are not wanted after receiving, can be returned unopened in original packaging. The items must be in sellable condition and must be returned within 14 days from the day the item is received.

  • Email should be promptly sent to _________ for returning the item(s).

  • Items once opened, if returned cannot be used anymore and have to be discarded. Therefore, such items cannot be accepted for return. In order to ease decision making, samples can be ordered before a full-size purchase. 

  • If your products arrive damaged or defective beyond use or is significantly different from the description provided, please contact us immediately by phone, email, or live-chat and you will be issued with a new replacement product or a refund, provided the item is in the original packaging and has not been opened. 

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that causes a skin reaction, since that is due to the individual’s personal susceptibility. Please review the ingredient list before buying a product. 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges should be paid by the customer. 

Backorders:

  • Orders made for items that go out-of-stock, items available can be shipped first. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs for subsequent items that were out-of-stock from the original order will be fulfilled by us. 

  • Such orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped.
